This is my house. It is near the shop. In front of my house there are many cars. Above the house there '''is''' blue sky. Under the house there is black ground. On the left side of the house there are other house'''s''', and on the right side of it - a small garden. Behind the house there is a river. In the house there are many flats. I am sitting in my flat. On my table there are many '''text'''books. I am very busy now, because I am learning sciences. And I have closed my door: now nobody can enter into my room.

My native language is English. I have never heard of a learnbook. Presumably textbook is meant (a book for course study, for example). If the building is made up of flats I doubt whether it would be called a house. Either an apartment block (U.S.) or block of flats (U.K) or more generally a buiding or residence.
