I have added interwikis to the year articles, because they are so easy (ru-sib:1720 --> en:1720,...), but I don't know how to add interwikis to other articles, because I don't understand siberian language, I'm sorry. I would like to tell you about the year articles. I have seen that you have created articles starting from 3000 BC; I think it has no sense, because there is no information for older years than 1000 BC, more or less. I think you are going too fast, in order to create as more articles as you can, and I recommend you to try creating interesting articles, before than creating a lot of stubs. In the basque wikipedia we also need a lot of articles; we are now arriving to the 15000 articles, but we try to create articles with content, and that's not so easy.
