:I think that this is a fun language. It's a shame to me that it seems like it's being used for some strange nationalistic purposes. Personally, I see it as a very different way of speaking Russian, one that's not standard in Moscow and which is more "earthy", so to say, but still understandable to any native Russian-speaker. I think that you're going about this in the wrong way - a lot of Russian-speakers might be interested in your work if you weren't so dead set against them and didn't have so many Russophobic elements in your ranks. Creating a following first might've been a good idea, because 1) this wouldn't have been hard to accomplish - as I said, to a native Russian speaker this is an easily-learned fun alternate way to speak Russian. In fact, one could argue that this is a way to get closer to the Russian language by celebrating the diversity that exists 2) once you had a following, this wikipedia wouldn't stand such a strong chance of deletion. In short, I think that writing novels/newspapers in the language would've been more productive. I'd love to read a book written in this style. So... I support your efforts, but wish that they were executed with more humour and driven by a love of language rather than (as they seem to be) by regional nationalism. I feel like a cause that I love is being represented by a group of people whom I can't stand, and I think a lot of others are in this same position. You'd have so much more support if you weren't so eager to make enemies. 67.71.89.176 23:43, 26 Лютень 2007 (UTC) |

::Where have you found Russophobic elements in Siberian Wiki? If you mean Россея article - yes, here is a few "not polite" articles, but there are a lot of more xenophobic articles at Ru Wiki. Why aren't you surprised that some "active workers" of Ru and even En wikipedias constantly delete links to Ru-Sib? Why nobody calls for closure of Ru because of Хуй or Хохол articles? Equivalently concerning interwikies and so on. If you want to mention only disputable articles on any wiki you will see that everything must be closed and strongly forbidden. Every user (and you, by the way) has a right to write and dispute. So enjoy it. We had translated a lot of prose and poetry, and will translate more soon.--Ottorahn 01:06, 27 Лютень 2007 (UTC) |

:: This is just ruwiki users who begin enemicity - deleting interwikies in en-wiki, organizing companies in Meta - and we never, never will subdue to their double standards, attempts to control and judge us, all the dirty companies which were organized from them, and so on. Actually you now serve to majority which opresses a minority. Why do you accuse us, but not them? Just because there are a lot of them and a little of us? We do not fear deletion of this wiki, we only fear to became cowards in the eyes of our supporters, and we have many alternative places where we can host this. --YaroslavZolotaryov 07:04, 27 Лютень 2007 (UTC) |
